1. Age limit in the regulations:

2. Session Cancellations:
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for session cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide timely notice may result in the client being charged the full session fee.

3. Payment options:

• Available Packages:
  • 10 sessions: Valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.
  • 15 sessions: Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • 25 sessions: Valid for 9 months from the date of purchase.
• Payment Requirement:
  All payments must be made in advance. Services will not be provided until full payment is received.
• Validity:
  Sessions must be completed within the specified validity period. Unused sessions beyond this period will not be refunded or carried over.

4. Validity of Coaching Packages:
Coaching packages are valid for limited periods from the date of purchase, as follows:

• 12 sessions: Valid for 4 months from the date of payment.
• 16 sessions: Valid for 6 months from the date of payment.
• 24 sessions: Valid for 9 months from the date of payment.

Unused sessions remaining after the validity period will expire and cannot be refunded or carried over.

5. Approval of regulations on the payment page:
Before completing a purchase, customers are required to acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions of the website.

• A checkbox will appear on the payment page, which must be selected to confirm agreement.
• A link to view the full Terms and Conditions will be provided next to the checkbox.

Purchases cannot be completed without this confirmation.

6. Product delivery policy:

• Delivery Timeline:
  The product will be delivered within 5 business days from the date of purchase.
• Shipping Options:
  • Registered Mail: Delivery within 14 business days.
  • Courier Mail: Delivery within 7 business days.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or issues with the shipping provider. Customers will be notified promptly in the event of a delay.

7. Product warranty:

• The company will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the services or products sold.

• Customers are advised to use the services and products responsibly and in accordance with the stated guidelines.

8. Privacy and Responsibility:
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any information to third parties without the client’s explicit consent, unless required to do so by law.

The coach undertakes to be fully prepared, present, and engaged for each session.
The client, in turn, commits to participating openly, honestly, and actively in the process to maximize its effectiveness.

9. Confirmation:
I confirm that the defects have been corrected and request that the site be submitted for re-inspection.

10. Transaction Cancellations and Refunds
As a general rule, all payments are non-refundable.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of management.

In the event of a request to cancel a transaction, the client must promptly notify us to explore possible solutions.
Refunds, if granted, will apply only to unused sessions and must meet the conditions detailed above.

11.) Refund Policy 
Clients may submit a request for a refund under the following conditions:

• A refund may be considered after the first month of service or after the completion of four sessions within a six-week period.
• Refunds will be issued only for unused sessions within the validity period of the purchased package.

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by management.
