Instructor Cancellations: In the rare event that ProEnglish needs to cancel a lesson, clients will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund, regardless of the notice period.

Force Majeure: If a lesson is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather conditions), we will work with clients to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time.

4. Compliance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law

According to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, consumers have the right to cancel certain transactions within 14 days of the transaction date. However, this right does not apply to services that are scheduled to commence within seven business days from the date of the transaction. Given that our lessons are typically scheduled to occur within this timeframe, the standard 14-day cancellation period does not apply. Therefore, our 24-hour cancellation policy, as outlined above, governs the terms of cancellations and refunds.
